What does lightly used mean?

Lightly used refers to the item being previously utilized for display purposes in our showroom or as part of a staging project. In both cases, the item has experienced minimal usage and has predominantly served for photography purposes. The lightly used portion comes from moving the product in and out of our showroom, trucks and homes.

Can I see the used product before I purchase it?

Of course! Our outlet store welcomes visitors during the following hours: Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm. However, if you're unable to personally visit our store and would like to purchase a used item, please feel free to contact our team via phone or email. We'll be glad to assist you by providing photographs and videos of the actual product in real-time, ensuring that you have a clear understanding before making a decision to proceed.

Can I get outlet items shipped to me?

We offer local Ottawa pickup or delivery. However, if you need an item shipped to you, please reach out to our team via email or phone to get a shipping quote.

How do I care for my Dala product?

Can I combine my Dala Outlet store order with a Dala Decor regular order?

Absolutely. Reach out to our team before or after your purchase and we'll be sure to get them bundled together for you.

Where are your products made?

Our product line is designed by our team in Ottawa, Canada. We work with factories in Canada, Turkey and Europe to create design forward  pieces that work together in our curated collections.

I can't find what I'm looking for.

We work with over 100 manufacturers and suppliers both domestic and abroad. If you cannot find a particular item you're looking for, please connect with us through our contact page and we will source and provide you with multiple comparable options.

How do returns work?

All outlet sales are final.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We offer shipping across Canada.

How long will shipping take?

All items are in-stock. Standard shipping timeframes apply. If you would like to pick-up your order, that can be arranged at your convenience. If you require delivery, our team will connect with you to find a time to deliver your product.

I am new to your website and I am concerned about submitting my credit card information online. Is it safe to place an order on your site?

Yes, submitting your credit information on our website is safe. All information inputted into our website is encrypted and we will do our best to protect its security in our systems. Specifically, every web page on our site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption, which makes all information inputted unreadable should anyone try to intercept it.

Will you sell or distribute my information to other companies?

No. We'll only communicate with you if you want to hear from us and we will never provide your information to other companies.

Do you charge sales tax?

We charge sales tax in provinces where we are required to by law. Any applicable taxes will be displayed clearly at checkout.
